Corvinus Research: Long-Term Effects of the Hungarian Fuel Price Cap Were Negative

In the months following the removal of the Hungarian fuel price cap, gasoline prices were on average 12% higher compared to the price levels that would have occurred in a similar, but price cap-free market, according to an analysis by Corvinus University of Budapest.
