Further info about research: Egy új trend jelent meg az FDI áramlásokban. A feltörekvő gazdaságokból kiáramló (outward) FDI jelentős növekedésnek indult, és növekedési üteme nagyobb, mint a fejlett országokból kiáramló FDI. Az Akció arra vállalkozik, hogy egy nemzetközi kutatási hálózatot hozzon létre és tartson fenn annak érdekében, hogy ennek az új jelenségnek a hatásait Európára és érintettjeire (stakeholders) tanulmányozza. Az Akció a témában korábban megtartott European Scientific Foundation feltáró workshopjára épül. Ez a COST hálózat 13, kezdetek óta COST tagország (BE, DK, FR, DE, HU, IE, NL, SI, ES, SE, CH, TR, és UK) résztvevőire terjed ki, és fejlődő/feltörekvő gazdaságok kutatói is bevonásra kerülnek.

Further info about research: A másfél évtizedes, versenyképességre irányuló hazai, és különösen a Gazdálkodástudományi Karon a Versenyképesség Kutató Központ koordinálásával folyó kutatások megadták az alapot arra, hogy kutatásaink és kutatóink nemzetközi ismertségét és jellegét erősítsük. Ennek érdekében meglévő kutatási kapacitásainkat fejlesztettük annak érdekében, hogy kutatásainkat az európai kutatási térségben határozottabban pozicionálhassuk. A versenyképességgel összefüggő kutatások művelőit az EU hetedik keretprogramjával és a 2010-ben meghirdetett Europe 2020 stratégiai célokkal összhangban a pályázat támogatásával a kiválóság elvén alapuló, legkorszerűbb, világszínvonalú kutatások végzésére ösztönöztük és tettük képessé.A kutatások gerincét a 4. vállalati versenyképességi felmérés adatbázisa adta, tematikájuk álltak.

Further info about research: A kutatás céljai: a magyar kis és középvállalatok (KKV) nemzetközivé válása kényszereinek és lehetőségeinek feltárása és jellemzése; az exportorientált KKV–k export stratégiájának, a külpiaci térnyerés jellemzőinek és fejlődési feltételeinek bemutatása és értékelése.
