International Relations and Accreditations

We, at International Relations and Accreditations, a team of 13 professionals, are responsible for a wide variety of tasks which include the management and organization of the university’s international relations and the ongoing coordination of the University’s international strategy.

Our main goal is to increase the International Competitiveness, Visibility and Recognition of Corvinus University of Budapest.

Some of the main responsibilities of our team for International Relations include the following; the recruitment of foreign students both for regular and exchange programs, monitoring international contracts with partner universities as well as evaluating potential partnerships including Erasmus and other bilateral programs, maintaining the double degree program as well as conducting other double program opportunities, coordinating and preparing the programs of official foreign delegations with University departments as well as organizing international events (conferences, workshops) for the University.

Additional tasks that involve International Relations include but are not limited to; preparing agency contracts, liaising with the Tempus Public Foundation management of institutional focused exhibitions and student recruitment fairs, collaborating with educational and cultural partners in organizing joint programs (Fulbright Commission, IIE, Education USA, etc) while organizing and overseeing the operation of the American Corner at Corvinus University of Budapest and the overall operation of the International Advisory Board and the International University Committee.

Moreover, the main responsibilities of our team for Accreditations include the following; representing the University at strategic networks (CEMS, PIM) and accreditation organizations (EFMD, AACSB, AMBA), as well as the continuous monitoring of the maintenance of current accreditations (EPAS, BSIS). Responsibilities also include the coordination and documentation of curriculum reviews, Faculty Review progress reports, and the preparation and coordination of accreditation visits at Corvinus University of Budapest.

The team at International Relations and Accreditations aims to increase the international competitiveness and recognition of Corvinus University of Budapest and become a bilingual University attracting only the best students from around the world.
