Call for Papers – Bretton Woods Twins and Structural Adjustment Programs in the Era of Neoliberal Globalization (Conference will be held on 26-28 Sep 2024 at Corvinus University of Budapest)
Focusing on the period of “neoliberal globalization” from the 1970s to the financial crisis of 2007/08, the conference aims to discuss the role that the IMF and the World Bank played in the process.

As the intended conference seeks to foreground discussion and argument, it dispenses with long presentations and instead two pre-circulated papers will be placed in conversation in each 90-minute-panel and commentary by a third participant will be offered.
Presenters are invited to submit 300-word proposals and a CV by January 19, 2024.
