Dr. hab. Slawomir Zaplata visiting lecturer and researcher from Poznań University of Economics and Business

Dr. hab. Slawomir Zaplata, who is an associate professor at the Poznań University of Economics and Business, was visiting lecturer and researcher for a month in the Department of Management Control.

During the stay, he took guest lectures in the Fudan MBA program and hold a research seminar with the title “Business continuity – aspects and dilemmas” in English. The event was supported by the university’s central research fund. The researcher focuses on research fields of the efficiency and effectiveness of quality management systems, risk management, project management, and business continuity, and is currently researching the relationship and differences between the resilience of business organizations and the business continuity systems. In cooperation with the colleagues in the Institute of Management, due to his stay, a joint Hungarian-Polish research launched that will continue in the next months and hopefully close in valuable publications.
