Erasmus+ Staff Training Week at Corvinus, 30th May – 3rd June 2022
A chance to meet in person in Budapest, to learn and share good practices and get to know Corvinus.
Corvinus University of Budapest is pleased to invite you, as a valuable partner, to take part in the Erasmus+ Staff Training Week that will be held between 30th May and 3rd June 2022 in Budapest, on-site.
Main topics of the training:
Intercultural awareness and sensitivity
The training is designed to provide participants with an understanding of different cultures, the role of cultural differences in everyday communication and an academic setting as well. It helps participants appreciate the issues, problems, and challenges inherent in cultural differences. Topics to be discussed: cultural shock, adaptation, stereotypes, critical incidents, intercultural competence.
Crisis communication
The training aims to provide insights into how to communicate internally and externally in the event of a crisis. The workshop is designed to be interactive and participatory with the use of sharing own experiences and practice, simulation games, role plays and communication exercises.
