Our distinguished speakers include Dr. Cynthia Horne, professor of Political Science, Dr. Péter Marton, Associate Professor, and Gábor Csizmazia, researcher specializing in U.S. affairs.
The discussion will explore topics such as the extent of the surprise in the results, the winning presidential candidate and the anticipated domestic and global changes. The whole world, including East-Central Europe, is keeping a close eye on the election’s outcome. What expectation do the region’s leaders, opposition groups, and citizens have in connection with the next presidential term? Who views the results as promising, and who finds them disappointing?
