Scholarship Application

The MNB is again announcing its Excellence Scholarship Programme, with which Magyar Nemzeti Bank supports full-time students in Hungarian and English language courses based on their academic results.

Briefly, the most important information about the scholarship is as follows:

The application period starts on 24 September 2020 at 08:00.

The deadline for the submission of applications is 5 October 2020 at 12:00.

Based on the call, the applicants may be students of the following courses:

§ undergraduate degree programmes in applied economics, business and administration, international business management, finance and accounting;

§ actuarial and financial mathematics, economic analyst, economics and public policy, Master of Business Administration (MBA), international economics and management, finance, regional and environmental economics, accounting, business development, management and organisation master degree programmes,

§ economic and financial mathematical analysis single-cycle master’s degree programme.
 

The amount of the scholarship is HUF 40,000 per month, which can be paid in the 10 months of the 2020/2021 academic year (September-June), if the student meets the conditions for eligibility to the scholarship. The September and October monthly scholarships are paid by 31 October.

The MNB Excellence Scholarship is open to a maximum of 93 undergraduate students and a maximum of 55 students of the master’s degree programme for 10 months.
