In the past year, the Middle East has been rocked by a series of interconnected crises and humanitarian tragedies in Palestine, Lebanon, Israel, and beyond. The recent re-election of former President Donald Trump as the next leader of the United States adds another layer of unpredictability to an already volatile situation. What can we expect from a second Trump presidency in the Middle East? How has the outcome of the election itself affected the ongoing crises on the ground? Which actors stand to benefit from the transition, and what are the prospects for ending the ongoing crises?
