As the continent faces complex challenges, the debate on Europe’s destiny is more urgent than ever. Should Europe move toward a unified federal cooperation, or should it strengthen the sovereignty of its nation states, focusing more on economic cooperation?
Our panel of experts will share their insights on the following topics:
- What lessons can we learn from the history of European integration, what was the trajectory of the EU in the last 20 years?
- Is a United States of Europe in any way a possibility in the foreseeable future?
- How does the rise of the far right affect the current trajectory of European integration?
- Should the EU go forward with enlargement or is a reform of the Treaties necessary first?
