Judit Kálmán – Fulbright Visiting Scholar at UC Berkeley
Judit Kálmán, senior lecturer at the CUB Institute of Economic and Public Policy (Department of Comparative and Institutional Economics) and research fellow at the Center for Economic and Regional Studies (ELKH) has successfully applied and obtained a Fulbright Visiting Scholar fellowship for 5 months to carry out research with host professor Neil Gilbert at UC Berkeley, California, USA.
Judit started her research visit at Berkeley in August 2021 and has since then been working on the topics of public policies helping or hindering adjustments of work and family across different countries and USA states – as reflected in the happiness figures in the Gallup World Poll and other international survey data.
