Advanced Supply Chain Management

Supply chains make the world go around. Be part of that!

Are you interested to know how to organise the journey of a vaccine shipment from the other end of the world to Hungary in a way that the cold chain is not interrupted? Or how to reorganise the supply chain of your company if your Chinese partner is not able to export raw material, because the container filled with the ordered goods is stuck in the Suez Canal? If your answer is yes, your place is here!

The events of recent years – from the coronavirus epidemic to the effects of wars around the world and the current Red Sea crisis – have highlighted for everyone the importance of supply chains in our globalized world, which makes the proper management of these supply chains a fundamental necessity not only in the business sphere, but also for the customers of products and services.

In the Advanced Supply Chain Management master’s program, you will learn about the strategic, tactical and planning decisions of supply chain management, from procurement to production to distribution. In addition to manufacturing processes, we place great emphasis on the special features of service processes. Legal, financial and controlling issues affecting supply chains will also be discussed.

The aim of the course is to train supply chain managers who, by understanding the context of integrated corporate logistics management, are able to manage the corporate logistics system, supply chains and networks covering companies. With the possession of the necessary theoretical knowledge and modern practical solutions, our specialists are able to plan, analyze and develop logistics processes within and between companies, and to manage them effectively.

After completing the program, you will be able to work effectively in complex business environments, armed with usable knowledge that ensures a deep understanding of the activities taking place in supply chains and enables the creation of creative solutions based on facts and data both individually and in teams. In addition to our instructors with decades of experience, specialists from our extensive network of corporate partners also contribute to the acquisition of these skills (for an incomplete overview of our partners, see the summary slideshow below).
