Benefits of our new programmes

The programme aims to train and develop managers who understand how different individual backgrounds and related life experiences shape the behaviour of employees within organisations. Whether you work as an HR professional or as a manager, learning to adopt an inclusive approach is an invaluable asset, enabling you to develop a deep understanding and engaged relationship with your colleagues.

The programme offers a balance of theory and practice. If you already have leadership experience, we will develop your knowledge of the social dynamics that shape organisations. And if you’re new to the role, you’ll gain the leadership skills you need to succeed.

The programme will prepare you to confidently lead hybrid and diverse teams and develop progressive organisational policies. You will gain hands-on experience of tackling real diversity challenges and become a prepared leader in any industry.

In addition, the degree provides an excellent foundation for further academic goals, whether it’s a PhD or an MBA.

What makes the programme unique?

As the first program of its kind in Hungary, it uniquely integrates sociology, human resource management, and organisational behaviour. This interdisciplinary approach offers a comprehensive understanding of how individuals’ life experiences shape their behaviour in both the workplace and broader society.
