In the first year, you will learn about the most important theories and how to manage efficiently and well, so you can benefit from the programme even if you have been only slightly involved in management and organisation issues. So even if you have a bachelor’s degree in law, engineering or social sciences, but you have a minimum professional knowledge in some subjects, you are still welcome to apply.
Naturally, this study programme is good for you if you prefer studying in Hungarian. In this study programme, we do not train general-type managers, so the programme can be ideal for you if you want to become a specialist in HR, controlling, strategy or organisational development. Here you can compile your knowledge portfolio from modules, and not from specialisations: you can choose two of the above four fields.
The Hungarian programme has been ranked by Financial Times in TOP100 since 2005.
Your place is here if you are considering an international career, as the biggest advantage of the programme is that if you are admitted, you are automatically admitted to the CEMS programme, too, which is the world’s No. 11 management master programme (QS MIM Ranking, 2024). In the second year of the English language Management and Leadership programme, you will specialise in global strategy and leadership, and spend one of the two semesters at a CEMS partner university.

**Pursuant to Section 15 (1a) of Act CCIV of 2011 on National Higher Education, higher education institutions with a valid HAC accreditation are free to prepare the training and outcome requirements and the curriculum for master programmes in the field of study in which they have already obtained qualification. Pursuant to Section 67 (4c), the time limit to obtain an expert opinion is 3 years from the date of registration.

Scholarships
There are two remarkable scholarship opportunities available to Non-EU international students:
- Stipendium Hungaricum (for non-EU nationals from over 70 countries)
- Diaspora scholarships (for international students with Hungarian ancestry).
Both scholarships entitle you to:
- Free tuition for the duration of your studies
- 43,700 HUF (approx. €120) per month for the duration of your studies (for living costs)
- University accommodation or an additional 40,000 HUF (approx. €110) per month for the duration of your studies (accommodation allowance)
