New year, new databases, expanded content

From 2021, the e-book package of Napvilág Publishing became available. With their works they present the of social problems, the XX.a critical elaboration of the history of the 20th century and the results of contemporary history research.

The Web of Science database has been expanded with the Journal Citation Report (JCR) and the InCites analysis platform. The JCR evaluates journals, while InCites allows for comprehensive bibliometric analyzes. To use InCites, you must create a user account (a previously created account can also be used for Endnote, for example). Clarivate Analytics will be demonstrating the effective use of InCites in a webinar in January, with details to follow later.

The EMIS database has also been expanded with data for the Central and Eastern European region, and the dashboard (own interface) and alert function (news monitoring, tracking) have also become available.

The dictionary package of Akadémiai Kiadó is available again, offering monolingual and bilingual general and specialist dictionaries. Dictionaries can be accessed from anywhere by creating your own account.

The Arcanum Digital Science Library (ADT) has been removed from the subscription options offered by EISZ. At this time, the table of contents for journals is free to browse, but we do not have access to the full text.
