    Further info about research: A tanulmány (amely részben egy operatív program) arra ad választ, hogy Magyarország Külügyminisztériuma a 2009-es koppenhágai ENSZ Éghajlat-változási Keretegyezményén (UNFCC) tett, 2011-2012-re szóló anyagi vállalásait, milyen módon valósíthatja meg. A stratégiai és megvalósítási tanulmány, javaslatokat mutat be arra vonatkozóan, hogy Magyarország a felajánlott forrásait mely EU-n kívüli országokban, milyen eszközök segítségével képes olyan módon felhasználni, hogy az a lehetőségekhez képest maximálisan kapcsolódjon a magyar külpolitikai stratégiához és ezen belül a nemzetközi fejlesztési és együttműködési (NEFE) stratégiához, szem előtt tartva a nemzetközi közösség ilyen irányban tett elköteleződéseit is. A stratégiai és megvalósítási tanulmány elkészítése a vonatkozó hazai és nemzetközi dokumentumok áttekintése és alapos elemzése, illetve a klímavédelmi felajánlással kapcsolatos érintettekkel készített hazai és külföldi interjúk alapján készült el.

    Further info about research: This report was commissioned by the World Bank Institute (WBI) from the Faculty of Economics at Corvinus University of Budapest, Hungary. The goal of the report is to map the capacity development projects and programs provided by established donor agencies and multilateral institutions to assist the ten new EU member states in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) in the creation and advancement of their official development assistance (ODA) policies. This mapping exercise focused on identifying the main donors, describing the contents of their capacity development projects and programs, and identifying still existing capacity development needs among the CEE new donors.
