Setting the HAS Speciality table and the ORCID identifier

Subject field breakdown is essential for bibliometric evaluations– this can be done if we know the subject classification of publications, authors, and institutions.

We ask authors to verify and set the HAS Speciality table in their MTMT profile.

The ORCID identifier can be used to uniquely identify the author regardless of country, so that it identifies the author on any interface. This identifier can also be entered on the author’s profile in MTMT.

If you do not have an ORCID iD yet, you can register for it on the ORCID website and then select the ORCID connect button in your MTMT profile (Edit own data). If you have previously registered and added your ORCID iD to MTMT, but have not validated it yet, you will see the ORCID validation button in your profile.
