Department of Corporate Finance

As a member of the Institute of Finance, the Department of Corporate Finance focuses on financial issues affecting companies, financial planning, project and company valuation, or even ethical and ESG issues. Many of our lecturers have specific market experience, so in addition to providing in-depth and accurate theoretical knowledge, they enrich our training programmes with up-to-date case studies and seminar material of practical relevance, which are aligned with the standards of international professional organisations (CFA). We actively participate in the Institute’s collaborations with market players such as KPMG and Ernst & Young.
