Training programmes run by the Institute of Strategy and Management
As a major unit of the University, Institute of Strategy and Management is responsible for multiple training programmes. In these programmes, in addition to getting involved in teaching, we coordinate the whole programme or certain parts of it.
- Our Institute looks after the Human Resources Development specialisation of the Business and Management bachelor’s programme, which attracts the highest number of students, and, since 2016, the Institute of Management has been responsible for the Human Resources bachelor’s programme, too.
- The Management and Organisation master’s programme is the flagship of our Institute, it is available in both full-time and part-time versions, and we have a double degree programme, too, with one of the faculties of the SAPIENTIA Hungarian University of Transylvania at Miercurea Ciuc. In the full-time training, we launch Controlling and performance management, Human resources and organisation development, as well as Organisation transformation and process organisation specialisations.
- Among the specialisation programmes, our Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Development Department is responsible for the Human management and the HR Business Partner programmes.
