Institute of Marketing and Communication Sciences
Departments of the Institute of Marketing and Communication Sciences
The Institute of Marketing and Communication Sciences is (according to its aspirations) the defining domestic workshop in its field of science, the aim of which is to make the values and innovations it creates visible and recognized internationally.
In addition to the academic staff of 42 people (6 full professors, 13 associate professors, 14 assistant professors, 5 teaching assistants, 2 each, master lecturers and research associates), 6 professor emerita/emeritus and more than 60 doctoral students make up this dynamic, ambitious community. Three of our colleagues have already received the doctoral degree of the Hungarian Academy of Science. The proportion of international professors, which is above 10% at the moment, is constantly increasing.
The Institute is committed to the development of educational programmes with a broad research activity background, in the framework of which students ( in addition to the modern curriculum ) can gain insight into our international research projects and their results for the first time. The University’s three English-language education programmes are also based on the Institute’s portfolio, but students can meet our colleagues in the specializations of many other programmes as well.
