Corvinus Research Excellence 2021

The Board of Trustees and the leadership of Corvinus University of Budapest (CUB) set as a principal objective the advance in the international university rankings.

This can be achieved by producing a more significant international research ‘footprint’ than to date and continuously increasing it. The optional and selective Corvinus (International) Research Excellence award is aimed at meeting this objective. By awarding excellence in research, it provides researchers a supplementary incentive to achieve significant research results at even international level. Thus Corvinus Research Excellence is a means of incenting and acknowledging research results which are outstanding even by international standards and relevant to CUB.

The Corvinus Research Excellence is awarded on the basis of call for applications, based on the research performance of the preceding three years; the Corvinus Research Excellence won in the beginning of 2021 (CKK-21) rewards the performance of the preceding three years (2020, 2019, 2018).

Applications may be submitted between January 4th, 2020 (Monday) 9.00 am and February 1st, 2021 (Monday) 9.00 am (CET) under the section ‘Research Support’ on the website of the University.
