‘Apply to be a guest critic!’, this is how the Onyx Műhely (Onyx Workshop), which represents top gastronomy, invited volunteers in March to tell their opinions about the tasting menu. The event was related to the research conducted by Márta Merkl PhD student about eating experience. We asked her about this topic.
