Join the online professional experience at the NKKP2025 Information Day. The hybrid event is an excellent opportunity to hear first-hand the guidance of experts and ask questions directly about the evaluation process and criteria.
As a result of the joint work of the Ministry of Culture and Innovation, the National Research, Development and Innovation Office and the Research Excellence Council, the National Research Excellence Programme (NREP) was announced last year as the successor to the OTKA programme. The NREP, which supports individual, investigator-driven scientific projects, had been announced in 2025 with a significantly increased budget of HUF 40 billion, including a new sub-programme.
In connection with this, the NRDIH has published an open invitation on its website to a professional event presenting the programme. The aim of the information day is to provide information on the 2025 funding scheme, the framework and the implementation process of the programme, as well as guidance and professional support on practical issues related to the programme. The event will be held in a hybrid format, with the presentations being followed by an opportunity to discuss any questions that may arise.
The event will be held in Hungarian, so please send us (bence.czomobos@uni-corvinus.hu) your preliminary questions, and we will submit them to NRDIH.

Károly Bognár Head of Communications, National Research, Development and Innovation Office
