The Center for Central Asia Research of Corvinus University and the Institute of Foreign Policy Analysis and International Initiatives of Uzbekistan organize a workshop between 10:00 and 12:30 on 19 March 2025 with the title “Central Asia and the European Union on the Eve of the Samarkand Summit”. The title refers to the meeting of Ursula von der Leyen, Antonio Costa and the president of the five Central Asian Countries on 3 and 4 April. The speakers will explore how strategic cooperation between the European Union and the Central Asian countries can mitigate security risks during the process of multipolarization.
