Almost 1500 students received their diplomas – first graduation ceremony at the Gellért Campus 

This year we held our summer graduation ceremony in a very special location. The opening of the Corvinus Gellért Campus marks a new era in the history of the university: the innovative environment and state-of-the-art infrastructure provide inspiration to our community and was a fitting venue for the graduation of the 2023/2024 graduating students. 

Together with the guests, we welcomed more than 6000 people to the new Campus, which opened in February. 

Graduates from our bachelor, master and postgraduate programmes received their diplomas at the ceremony. 

The event was a momentous occasion for all participants as they celebrated the results of their hard work over the past years. The leathers of the University, as well as family and friends of the students, were present to recognise the efforts the students have made to achieve their diplomas.  

The recent graduates and their families were welcomed by the University’s leaders, with Vice-Rectors, Deans and Programme leathers representing Corvinus at the event. In addition to them, representatives of our Alumni students and current students from the Student Union also congratulated the graduates.  

However, the event does not mark the end of the relationship between students and the University, as the relationships that students have developed at the University can continue in the future, and we welcome former students to our alumni events.  

We wish all our recent graduates the very best of luck!
