Corvinus students win a podium finish at table tennis

On Friday, March 1st, the doubles event of the Carpathian Basin Universities Cup was organized, where Corvinus University of Budapest was represented by Dániel Tóth (second from left) and Máté Kurucz (first from left). After finishing second in the group stage, they reached the knockout stage, where they were defeated in the semi-finals by the eventual winners and qualified for the bronze medal match. In a high quality match, they managed to take third place with a 3-0 win over their opponents from Oradea.
