Together we created the Corvinus slogan

We are proud to announce that the University slogan has been created. Our students and colleagues are voted the “Empowering Minds. Shaping Futures.” slogan.
Citizens of the University submitted more than 150 entries to our idea competition. The shortlist of the best entries was the result of a multi-stakeholder process involving student organisations. The top five were voted on by the entire student and colleague community. Over 1000 votes were cast in the week-long voting process.
The winning entry, “Empowering Minds. Shaping Futures.” was a resounding winner, with 47% of all respondents selecting it as their first choice. This message perfectly reflects the University’s values of promoting the intellectual development of students and shaping future generations as its primary goals.
The new slogan was submitted by three people independently of each other, and as the top three winners of the idea competition will receive tickets to the Sziget Festival in a tie. The winners will be notified of their prizes.
