The DSC Assembly and Supervisory Board for the 2024/2025 academic year has been formed

The Doctoral Student Council (DSC) successfully held its re-election meeting, during which the Assembly and the Supervisory Board for the 2024/2025 academic year were officially established.

This event marks an important milestone in the governance of student life at the university, as the new leaders will actively represent student interests and contribute to building the university community. 

The new President of the DSC is Alexandra Bagi, who officially took office on September 1, 2024. Alexandra has previously been actively involved in DSC’s work and is committed to representing the interests of students. Special thanks go to the previous President, Krisztofer Szabó, whose dedicated work has greatly contributed to the development and successful operation of DSC.

  • Gábor Tóth – Vice-president of DSC, representative of the Doctoral School of Economics, Business and Informatics, chairman of the Doctoral Public Affairs Review Board (DKBB) 
  • Ádám Tenczer – Vice-president of DSC, representative of the Doctoral School of International Relations and Political Science, chairman of the Doctoral Social Board (DSZB) 
  • Diána Dóra Beke – Representative of the Doctoral School of Business and Management, member of the Doctoral Social Board (DSZB) 
  • Petra Bialkó-Marol – Representative of the Doctoral School of Sociology and Communication Science, member of the Doctoral Public Affairs Review Board (DKBB) 
  • Áron K. Szabó – Chairman of the Supervisory Board 
  • Gábor Rónaföldi-Széll – Member of the Supervisory Board, member of the Doctoral Public Affairs Review Board (DKBB) 
  • Anett Zanócz – Member of the Supervisory Board, member of the Doctoral Social Board (DSZB) 

The goal of the new leadership is to effectively represent students’ interests and further develop the community life at the university. They plan several programs and initiatives for this academic year to strengthen the university community. DSC encourages all students to take advantage of the opportunities provided by their representation and reach out to the representatives.
