The prestigious Turkish Academy of Management and Institue of Strategy and Management at Corvinus University of Budapest organised a joint publication development workshop on 04 April 2025. The theme of the workshop was digitalisation, and the papers focused on the digital transformation of companies and its organisational conditions and consequences, as well as its implications for gender studies. Gender Issues and the long-established journal Management Decision Q1 were also represented at the event, and a special issue of the papers accepted for the workshop will be published.   

Management Decision’s Editor-in-Chief Brandon Randolph-Seng (Texas A&M University, USA) and Deputy Editor Erhan Aydin (Queen Mary University of London & IPAG Business School Paris, UK and France) were personally involved in the event and in reviewing the papers submitted.
