Our colleague received the Young Regionalist Award for this year

László Czaller was awarded for his valuable achievements in the field of regional science.
On October 17, 2024, at the XXII Annual Meeting of the Hungarian Regional Science Association (MRTT) in Szeged, our colleague László Czaller, Assistant Professor of the Department of Geography and Planning, was awarded the Outstanding Young Regionalist Award for his outstanding international and domestic work in the field of regional science.
From 2024, László is a full-time assistant professor at the Department of Geography and Planning of Corvinus University of Budapest and a part-time researcher at HUN-REN KRTK. His research interests include urban economics and spatial issues of the labour market.
We would like to congratulate our colleague on this award and wish him all the best for his future work!
