Scholarships to Austria – application possibility

The Osztrák-Magyar AKCIÓ Foundation is a foundation established in 1990 to support cooperation in research and higher education between Austria and Hungary. 

The activities supported are: 

• conducting joint research and education in the framework of an exchange programme, 

• scholarships for researchers working on joint Austrian-Hungarian dissertations, 

• joint research, training and teaching activities, 

• research stays for the preparation of scientific material, 

• publication of teaching aids, 

• summer language courses in Hungarian and German, 

• publications reporting on activities and results achieved with the support of the AKCIÓ, 

• scholarships 

The AKCIÓ only supports bilateral Hungarian-Austrian cooperation.
