The competition attracted entries from almost all universities in the country, with more than 400 students taking part. The final, which took place in the Palace of Statistics on 4 December 2024, was decided by a team of 5 BA/BSc and 5 MA/MSc students with the highest scores. The teams of up to three students competed in the processing and visualisation of economic, social and spatial statistical data sets. This year, they were given the task of analysing market data on Airbnb apartments, with only 1 hour to complete the tasks. The participants presented very nice solutions, almost fully developed empirical models. Dávid Dócs from the winning team of the undergraduate course came in as the defending champion.
