More than 150 Leadership and Management master’s alumni gathered at Corvinus

Many of the graduates attending the university's alumni event on March 13 reunited for the first time since their graduation ceremony. Based on the feedback, they gained a lot from the event, which once again proved that the Corvinus connection does not end with receiving a diploma.

On the evening of March 13, Corvinus University’s Aula hosted a long-awaited gathering: the alumni dinner for graduates of the Management and Leadership master’s programme. More than 150 alumni and five faculty members joined the event, representing the classes of 2020 to 2024. For many attendees, this was the first opportunity to reconnect in person since graduation.

The evening began with opening remarks from Rector Bruno van Pottelsberghe and Programme Director Péter Móricz, who welcomed the community back to Corvinus. Their speeches were followed by informal networking, where participants reconnected, shared their professional experiences, and gained new inspiration. Throughout the evening, not only were old friendships rekindled, but new professional connections were also formed.

Based on the feedback, the event provided participants with a truly communal experience:

  • It was great to reconnect with former classmates and professors. Hearing what everyone’s working on or where they’re heading was truly inspiring.”
  • “I felt proud all over again to have been part of the programme.”
  • It reminded me how valuable this community is and that we can count on each other, even when it comes to career decisions.”

The lively event once again highlighted the power and importance of communities, while also proving that the Corvinus connection does not end with graduation.
