Information for Students Admitted and Conditionally Accepted by the Institution
Attention: the following information only applies to students with conditionally accepted status.
During the Enrolment and Orientation event, held from 26 to 28 August 2024, you will have to bring an extended list of documents to be able to enrol to the University.

Important to note:
- Please ensure you bring both original documents and copies, as these are essential for establishing your student status.
- Keep documents secure and organised! Given that the enrolment process occurs at various locations throughout the day, be cautious to prevent losing your documents. It is advisable to keep them well-organised in a folder and securely stored in a bag.
- If you are missing any documents at the time of enrolment (except residence permit, tax ID, TAJ card, and bank account), you will have the opportunity to enrol at a later date (until Friday, 13 September ,12:00 noon). As soon as you receive the remaining documents such as tax ID, TAJ card, bank account, and residence permit, please submit the photocopy in the Do It Online! system (Change in Personal Details menu).
- If you are under 18, you must bring a declaration of consent by legal representative with you to the enrolment signed by all parties with a blue pen. You can find the declaration of consent by legal representative form in Neptun » Administration » General forms » parental declaration
