Position and professional background

At Corporate and Business Relations division within BCE, I am responsible for the knowledge transfer towards our business partners, corporations, SME’s and institutions. I started my professional carreer at General Electric joining to Technical Leadership Program in 2000. I have held a variety of leadership positions in manufacturing, engineering and back office areas at several companies. I acquired broad experience in the last 20 years in all aspects of Lean principles, Six Sigma methodology and end-to-end Process Management & Improvement, innovation management, quality management working in different industries and multicultural environments. I am auditor of ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 management systems.

In 2013 I conciously moved from the world of multinational companies to Hungarian SME sector and in 2015 as a managing director of an automotive company I launched the first Hungarian electrical bus production. In 2017 I established an Industrial Innovation Centre and lead a metal parts production company in Kecskemét. I launched a vocational training centre in 2017 having almost 100 students today. In 2018 I founded one of the first Digital Innovation HUBs in Hungary and managed the Hungarian Open Innovation Cluster for Construction Industry (MIÉNK).

Hobbies and interests

In my spare-time I like doing gardening and of course my children are the biggest help in it. I say usually that gardening is the event what brings our family together. My favourite sport is aikido what I stopped many years ago and will restart with my little son soon.
