In today’s globalized world, project managers face an array of challenges in delivering projects successfully. The pressure to meet tight deadlines, maintain impeccable quality, and satisfy the client’s diverse requirements can often feel like an insurmountable task. However, there is a game-changer – Intercultural Intelligence (ICQ).
Picture this: A project manager with high Intercultural Intelligence excels in all three critical project dimensions – time management, quality assurance, and client satisfaction. What all 3 areas have in common is people and often success depends on how much they understand themselves and others. This course is your gateway to understanding and harnessing the power of ICQ.
Global DISCTM : The Backbone of Success
At the heart of our course lies the multi award-winning Global DISCTM framework used by Fortune 500 companies, universities and global organisations to create high-performing teams by turning personal and cultural differences into synergy instead of painful liability. Through this, students gain unparalleled insights into their own behavior, why they do what they do and how their cultural background affects what feels normal. Understanding the behavior and mindset of others can foster a deep understanding of how to navigate diverse project teams effectively while still being authentic. As part of the program, each participant will receive a personalised 42-page Global DISCTM report offering a comprehensive roadmap to success (GBP 97, included in the tuition fee).
Upon completing this course, participants will be equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to fast-track their teams to success. Teams will operate more harmoniously, maximising their potential, and ensuring projects are delivered not just on time and to the highest quality, but also exceeding client expectations.
