Application for remaining places
Dear Students,
After the main application process is closed, the remaining spots for the autumn semester will be re-opened for those who did not win a spot through the main application, despite submitting a valid application. In the allocation of these remaining spots, third-year students of the International Business undergraduate program will be prioritized in the first round, as their curriculum requires at least one semester of overseas experience or practical work in an international environment. The remaining spots beyond this will be evaluated by the applicant according to the conditions specified in the main application.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that in Neptun, regardless of the level of education, you can see all institutions that you can apply for listed, so it is important that you can find out from the partner list on the website whether the institution that you can apply for is assigned to a bachelor, master’s course, or even a doctoral. It is important that we can only allocate places at the educational level as indicated in the partner list, i.e. if a bachelor’s student selects a place advertised for master’s only, we will ignore his application.

Why is the Pannonia Scholarship Programme unique?
Student Scholarships
- Long-term student mobility: Mobility for study or practice period (2-12 months) or research (2-3 months, only for masters, doctoral and single-cycle programmes).
- Short-term student mobility: Mobility for study or research (2-30 days), including active participation as a conference speaker or summer university studies.
Pannónia scoring system

Scoring of the 2025/2026 academic year applications will be based on a 70-30% ratio of points, based on the following:
1. Points gained from study results can be a maximum of 70. The basis of the scoring system is the cumulative adjusted credit index, which takes into account the grades of all semesters. When calculating the index, the denominator includes both the registered and completed credits, therefore unsuccessful subjects are also considered. - 2. Extracurricular activities are worth 30 points maximum. The points for the subcategories are maximised.
How much is the scholarship?
The monthly amount of the scholarship for long-term student mobility depends on the country of destination: HUF 400,000 for high-income countries, HUF 375,000 for middle-income countries, and HUF 350,000 for low-income countries.

You can earn points in the following categories:
- 70% academic performance: cumulative corrected credit index (taking into account the academic results of all semesters, based on the ratio of completed and enrolled credits).
- 30% other activities: participation in student organizations and colleges for advanced studies, demonstrator activites, academic competitions, and programs supporting the integration of international students.

Only long-term mobility (2-12 months) for study purposes is available under the Pannonia Scholarship Programme at Corvinus.

It is not granted automatically; you need to submit a separate request to apply for the scholarship. You must indicate your intention to apply for the scholarship when submitting your application.

In order to ensure that you have all the documents at your disposal when you start the application, you can already start the acquisition of the documents necessary to certify other activities (you can find the applicable templates HERE), as well as the preparation of certificates (such as TDK/OTDK results, competitions, language exam documents).
