Call for Participation in the Essay Writing Competition on V4-Ukraine Cooperation
2025-01-21 14:45:00Are you a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD student with an interest in international relations and EU politics? Here’s your chance to make your voice heard on an important topic!
We are excited to announce the Essay Writing Competition on the theme:
“V4-Ukraine Cooperation Enhancement Prospects in the Context of Ukrainian EU Accession Negotiations.”
This competition is part of the International Visegrad Fund strategic project No. 2242008 and invites students to explore innovative ideas for enhancing cooperation between Ukraine and the Visegrad Group (Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia) as Ukraine progresses toward European Union membership. Essays may focus on political and economic strategies to strengthen these ties.

- Word Count: 5,000–8,000 characters (with spaces)
- Submission Deadline: 15 February 2025

The top two essays from each participating institution will win their authors an invitation to academic workshops in Bratislava (April 2025) and Prague (October 2025). These workshops will gather experts and students from 11 universities to foster discussions on regional cooperation and the future of V4-Ukraine relations.
