Tempus Public Foundation, on the basis of an offer by the Hungarian State, is launching a call for proposals for the implementation of Hungarian-French bilateral projects in the field of humanities and social sciences for a period of two years, to be implemented through the Ministry of Culture and Innovation (KIM), the French Ministry of European Affairs and Foreign Affairs (MEAE) and the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MESRI).  

Within the framework of the Balaton Programme – Programme Hubert Curien, applications are invited from departments, institutes and research groups of Hungarian higher education institutions, as well as research institutes or companies associated with higher education institutions wishing to establish a joint cooperation with a French partner.  Preference will be given to new collaborations and projects involving young researchers and doctoral students.
