The event was a delightful blend of Hungarian and Korean cultures, showcased by both the alumni and the cultural program. The highlight of the cultural program was the performance of KoN, the first gypsy violinist in Korea. The gathering provided an excellent networking opportunity for Korean alumni who completed their studies in Hungary, those currently enrolled in Hungarian higher education institutions, and Korean students studying abroad with a focus on Hungarian studies.
Representing Corvinus University was Klaudia Staszak, the International Student Recruitment Executive from the NKA department. With the assistance of the Corvinus Alumni & Careers team, Klaudia had the chance to meet three former Corvinus students during the event. These Corvinus alumni have made remarkable careers in the fields of education, law, medical services, and construction.
All the attending alumni were thrilled to connect with their fellow alumni from Hungary, reestablish ties with their Alma Mater, and engage with the Hungarian community in South Korea.
