Corvinus Board Member of the Academy of International Business – Central and Eastern European Chapter

Associate Professor Miklós Stocker, Head of the Institute of Strategy and Management, will be one of the Vice-Chairs of the prestigious organisation for the next 3 years.
The Central and Eastern European Chapter of the Academy of International Business (AIB), a global professional organisation with nearly 3,000 academic members, held its 2024th International Conference between 18-21 September at the Corvinus Gellért Campus, where participants explored the formula for business success in our region and around the world.
At the closing event of the conference, the newly elected leadership team of the AIB Central and Eastern Europe Chapter was announced, they will take up their duties from 1 October:
Chapter Chair: Andreja Jaklič, University of Ljubljana
Vice-Chair for Chapter Development: Piotr Trąpczyński, Poznań University of Economics and Business
Vice-Chair for Academic Events: Tiia Vissak, University of Tartu
Vice-Chair for Public Relations and Communication: Krzysztof Wach, Krakow University of Economics
Miklós Stocker, Associate Professor and Head of the Institute of Strategy and Management, who was also the professional organiser of the Budapest conference, was elected as the Vice-Chair for Finance.
