Corvinus success in the Auchan Case Challenge business case study competition

Organized by Auchan Hungary and the Janus Pannonius College of Advanced Economics Studies, the Auchan Case Challenge business case study competition was organized for the first time this year.

In the final held in October, the Corvinus team won of the HR section of the competition. Three of Goldsmith + Consulting’s four-person team – András Fenyvesi, Dániel Óré and Réka Papik – are studying in management and leadership masters program at Corvinus, while their fourth team member, Lili Kondrát is studying for a masters degree in CEU Economic Policy program.

 The teams had the opportunity to showcase your creative and innovative ideas and problem-solving skills in a real business situation, in the presence of a jury of university and corporate leaders, using their knowledge and experience in higher education. 

73 teams applied for the two-section competition organized with the motto “We’re looking for Hungary’s most innovative problem-solving teams!”, and 5 teams advanced to the national final, where they competed in front of a three-member section jury. 

Auchan was represented in the jury by HR Director Ágnes Pulinka, who also graduated from Corvinus with a degree in management and leadership.
