Almost four thousand students attended our open days

2022-11-29 16:30:56

The University building was buzzing with prospective students for two days.

On Thursday 17 November, applicants for master’s degrees filled the University, and the next day, applicants for bachelor’s and single-cycle degrees filled the University. The events were extremely well attended, with around 300-350 students on the first day and over 3500 on the second.

On both open days, applicants had the opportunity to take a look at the courses of their interest at course information sessions, and on the open days of the bachelor and single-cycle courses, they were also welcomed by the University’s supervisors and lecturers with professional presentations. On the open day of the bachelor’s programme, both the auditorium and the ‘Zsibongó’ were filled with exhibitors, presenting the various degree programmes, international opportunities, Corszak, Studium Generale, the Szabó Kálmán Talent Programme and many other student organisations, while at the Communication stand, those attending could win Corvinus gifts on the luck wheel. Those who wanted to relax actively between the two lectures could play table football or ping pong in the Zsibongó, and the programme on Friday ended with a Campus tour organised by the ÖCSI (Office of Self-motivated Groups).

Before the deadline for applications, prospective students will of course have the opportunity to find out more about our degree programmes. In addition to the websites for secondary school students  and master’s degree applicants, you can meet us at the Educatio exhibition on 12-14 January.

We thank our colleagues and current students for attending the open day and providing information, and our prospective students for your interest!

We wish you a successful admission!
