On 31 January, the court of second instance handed down its ruling in a case challenging the results of ethics reviews conducted at Corvinus University. The order stated that the court of first instance had rightly and lawfully rejected the application last October and agreed with the grounds of the rejection. The decision is final and can no longer be appealed.
We have reported on the matter and the consequences of the detected irregularities in a series of articles, one of the articles having mentioned the rejection by the court of first instance.
