Dr. József Magyari, Honorary Associate Professor, passed away
2024-04-17 16:54:00We are saddened to inform all those who knew and loved him that Dr. József Magyari, Associate Professor of the Department of Management and Organization at Corvinus University of Budapest, has passed away as a result of a tragic plane crash.

Dr. József Magyari had been teaching at Corvinus University of Budapest since 2000. For more than a decade, he was a lecturer at the Institute for Postgraduate Studies in Economics, teaching the course “Reorganization and Insolvency Management” at the Department of Liquidation and Asset Management. Since 2018, he has been a popular lecturer in the subject of Management and Organisation as a lecturer and then as an Honorary Associate Professor in the Department of Management and Organisation.
Dr. József Magyari regularly shared the lessons of his successful professional career and his experiences as a senior manager with students. His deep commitment to education and his humorous, direct style will be missed by students and colleagues alike.
