Budapesti Corvinus Egyetem

What is MyView?

It’s a survey that also serves as a tool in the University’s developmental processes. As a student, you can give feedback to the University about your lecturers and classes, which will then be used by the University in our education development. Each subject-lecturer pair has it’s own survey, where you have the opportunity to evaluate the subject itself, the expectations, as well as share your experiences about the work of your lecturers over the semester. While filling out the survey, you might find questions pertaining to how realistic the expectations for the class were, what stood out as positive, or what could still be improved further?

The filling out of the survey is completely anonymous, so you can express your honest opinion openly. The survey can be filled out from the last course session until a week after it. It is only after the survey has closed definitively that the data collected from it is handed to our lecturers in an anonymous, aggregated format.

Deadline for completion: 18 December 23:59

What does the University use this feedback for?

It’s important for us that our students be able to partake in courses with a high standard of education, both on a national and international scale. To achieve this, it’s crucial to retain our academic excellence, this is what the feedback helps us to do. It is through feedback that we can tailor our education and teaching to our students’ needs, as well as follow the constantly changing expectations and challenges through innovation.

This is how you should fill out MyView! Examples for constructive feedback

MyView is the platform where you can let your student voice be heard; this is why it’s important to give honest, thoughtful answers to the questions. You will encounter three main question types while completing the survey:

  1. Feedback about the course content
  2. Feedback about the course requirements
  3. Feedback about the course lecturer

In your feedback you should reflect on what methods and lecturer activities helped you learn the most during the semester. You should also consider if any subjects left you wanting more, and if they did, in what way they could be improved. Your lecturers and course leaders can draw conclusions from these feedback that they can then implement in practice.

If you don’t know how to get started, don’t worry! We’re going to show you a few examples of how to answer questions pertaining to each category.

You can fill out the survey through the MyCorvinus HUB.
