Extended content, new and re-accessable databases in EISZ package 2024

We are pleased to inform the University community that the EISZ database order for 2024 has been approved by the President’s Committee and signed by Lajos Szabó, Rector, and Ákos Domahidi, Chancellor.  

From January 2024, the following databases will be available again at the University:  

• JSTOR – Full Access Model – JSTOR’s new service with extended content, which includes all the publisher’s archive packages, except ARTSTOR.
• Wiley Online Library
• EMIS University – Central and South Eastern Europe package
• Statista Campus License Business Suite – extended content
• InCites – analysis platform of WoS database  

New database within the EISZ subscription: 

A trial is currently running to Elsevier – SciVal database until 4 November, the database will be subscribed by the University from 2024. SciVal is a visually strong research analysis platform that extracts research output for both individuals and institutions. Analysis is based on publication data of Scopus database, data are available from 1996 to the present. The database list is constantly updated and we welcome your questions and comments at library@uni-corvinus.hu. 

Based on usage statistics, some Hungarian e-book packages are being discontinued.
