The MAB examined Corvinus’ doctoral schools in a re-accreditation procedure. Three out of four schools complied, but administrative and quality assurance deficiencies were found in 7 out of 18 monitoring conditions for the Doctoral School of International Relations and Political Science, leading to withdrawal of accreditation. No objections were raised on the quality of the professional work carried out at the doctoral school .
The withdrawal will not affect the professional operation of the doctoral school, and the lack of accreditation will not appear on the issued diplomas. However, if a graduate requests a certification of the doctoral school to the MAB, the accreditation cannot be issued until re-accreditation is obtained. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Corvinus immediately takes the necessary steps for re-accreditation and initiates a new procedure at MAB, the results of which are expected in about one year.
