The Corvinus University teams successfully completed the challenging journey and as a result of their persistent work, they achieved an average score of 66 out of 70 points in the HSUP (Hungarian Startup University) competition, making Corvinus University the winner again this year.

The triumph in the competition is reflected in the results as well as in teamwork, innovation and commitment. The recognition goes to all Corvinus teams, mentors and supporters.

“This win is not only a valuable part of a competition, but also an inspiration to continue our commitment and passion for innovation in solving the challenges of the future. Our success in the HSUP competition is hopefully just the first step on a long and fruitful journey that will bring further opportunities and recognition for the ideas and projects we represent. Congratulations to all who participated in this exciting competition and contributed to the success of Corvinus University,” said the Corvinus mentors about the competition.

This year, socially responsible projects were again featured alongside for-profit ideas, which Dr. Éva Pintér and Dr. Péter Bagó, as the programme leaders and mentors, supported the ideas throughout their development and will continue to do so in the coming semester. This year, more students than ever before from a wide range of fields of study enrolled in the programme, 428 of whom successfully completed the HSUP modules and formalised their ideas through onepagers.
