The National Higher Education Scholarship will be open for applications at the end of June

A National Higher Education Scholarship is awarded for the period of a whole academic year (10 months). The normative amount of the National Higher Education Scholarship is HUF 400,000/year. 

Based on the call for applications issued by the minister responsible for education, the following students may apply for National Higher Education Scho-larships: 

• who participate in full-time bachelor’s programmes or second-cycle or single-cycle master’s programmes, or 

• who registered for at least two semesters during their studies, 
• who have active student status in the semester of submitting the application, 
• who earned at least 55 credit points during their studies, 
• who achieved outstanding academic results during their given programme, a Grade Point Average of at least 4.5 in every semester, at least 23 credit points in every semester, and 
• carried out outstanding professional and community work. 

Students attending master’s programmes, who started their studies at our University in the second semester of academic year 2022/2023 and meet the conditions defined may also apply for the scholarship. 

You can submit your application in Neptun via the ‘National Higher Education Scholarship 2023/2024 application available in menu item Administration/App-lications/Application Forms, by entering the data, uploading the necessary documents and certificates, and submitting the application by the deadline.
